Over the years, I've tried a lot of
different activities in the name of
health and challenging myself
(including becoming a vegan for 2
years and running a marathon), but I
secretly always hoped it would give
me that cover of Runners World
physique. It didn't! Eventually, I
had accepted that no matter how hard
I worked, my body was naturally just
oddly shaped and that I was fit and
that's just good enough considering
I was still in much better shape
than most of the people I knew.
I
honestly was blown away by the
results that I saw in just the first
3 weeks of training with Larry! In
addition to helping me get rid of my
butt, Larry has been helping me
correct posture issues that I wasn't
even aware of eliminating knee pain
I had occasionally gotten from
running for the past 4 years.
He
has a very in-depth knowledge of
kinesiology and nutrition and has
explained away many of the myths
from those bizarre fad diets and
exercise routines we try to ignore
but that somehow get into our heads
anyway. Probably the most valuable
thing I've learned from Larry and
Jason is
that staying in great shape isn't
nearly as time consuming as I had
imagined it would be. I only wish
I'd known this 10 years ago when I
was working so hard for half of the
results.

Biography
James
has over ten years of personal training experience and is
confident in his ability to help anyone reach their fitness goals. He
became certified as a trainer when he was eighteen years old after
moving to Los Angeles from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Over the years, James
has
designed and implemented nutritional and exercise programs for clients
with various capabilities and limitations. He has worked with people of
all ages, from the elderly to collegiate athletes.
James is also a
professional natural bodybuilder through two organizations, the NGA and
Musclemania. He recently won the title of Mr. Natural California.
James first started bodybuilding to gain size and strength for Tae Kwon
Do tournaments, being the Wisconsin State Champion in 1994. He has been
bodybuilding ever since and has been able to make a living out of his
passion.
James recently completed graduate studies at
California State University Northridge with a Master's degree in exercise physiology. He also works there teaching strength training.
Whether your
interest is to lose body fat, improve shape or appearance, increase
strength and endurance, boost energy or improve sports skills- James
is focused on helping you achieve maximum results in the least
amount of time. James can train you at gyms or private homes located

Biography
Debby McKnight has over 20
years experience as a personal trainer. She is skilled and experienced
in working with clients of all levels of fitness - from beginners and
geriatrics to competitive athletes and bodybuilders, fitness and figure
competitors. As a mother and grandmother, Debbie is a great example of
how to live the fitness lifestyle.

Debby is also a well-known former competitive
bodybuilder.

Biography
Larry has over 8 years of experience in the fitness
industry as a personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder.
In college, Larry studied kinesiology. Larry is also a certified
kickboxing instructor and has extensive knowledge about biomechanics
applying to the knees, ankles, neck, and lower back. Larry has been
trained in the correction of all major postural distortions. Larry can
use a combination of exercise, stretching, and massage to improve your
posture and reduce aches and pains.
Larry’s experience as an amateur light-heavyweight bodybuilder has also
made him an expert in weight loss, muscle gain, and shaping specific
areas of the body. When Larry competed in 2007 and 2008 he weighed
between 190-198 pounds with a bodyfat percentage of 4%(caliper test).
Larry also works with athletes to improve power, agility, coordination,
speed, strength, and balance.
Larry has also worked with children, elderly, and large groups. If you
have a physical injury, such as tendinitis, chondromalacia, plantar
fascitus, bulging discs, etc, Larry will customize your program to be
both safe and effective. If you have a physiological limitation such as
asthma, diabetes, hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis, etc, Larry has
experience working with these limitations as well.
Larry previously worked as a Fitness Director for a global fitness
chain. Larry’s job was to train and mentor neophyte trainers and keep
the training department fresh, exciting, and on the cutting edge.
Larry taught his trainers how to use the newest fitness equipment and
incorporate the latest training techniques.
