Mr. America’s Online Personal Training Program is a custom designed integration of resistance training, fat burning cardio workouts and balanced nutrition using whole foods. Using his system, you can transform your body both inside and out.
Featuring personalized weight training, nutrition, and supplement guidance, these online programs are designed specially for you by Mr. America Jason Kozma. All programs include weekly checkups and instruction via his exclusive Train with Mr. America app and email, making it easy for you to maintain a regular workout routine in your busy life.
Jason offers custom programs that are tailored to your individual and unique goals: whether they are gaining muscle, losing fat, getting ready for a wedding / reunion, or even a physique contest. As long as you are an active client he can can adjust your workout and diet just like he would for an in person client.
Those who participate in the online personal training program will receive all program benefits other than private training sessions. These benefits include unlimited email consultation, weekly results reviews and assessment, support handbooks, access to the Train with Mr. America app and diet friendly recipe book. There are upgraded options available including facetime or skype coaching as well as monthly or weekly private training sessions.

What is Virtual Personal Training?
A 30 or 60 minute session with Jason via FaceTime, Zoom or Skype coaching you through your workout using whatever equipment you have available, even if you don’t have any!
Does it include a nutritional plan?
Yes. Any package of 6 or more virtual sessions includes a custom designed nutritional plan, just like an in person or online training client would get.
How many virtual sessions should I do per week?
It’s up to you. You can do the standard 3 or more per week or choose to do fewer. I’ll give you workouts to do on your own if you opt for less than 3.
If weight loss is part of your goals you will also be assigned cardio to do in addition to the resistance / weight training.
What happens if I have virtual sessions left when things go back to normal?
Virtual training is a permanent offering so you can continue as virtual client. If you wish to switch to live training we can transfer the remaining credit to equal value in personal training sessions or other services whether in home or at the gym.
