When I came to Jason I had no clue where to begin. I knew I wanted to start competing in Fitness Competitions but did not know how to get the results I desired. At the beginning of my program I was at 23.1 body fat. Most competitors compete between 10 and 15 . Not to mention I only had 12 weeks to prepare. Now don’t get me wrong I have always been an active person and ate fairly well for a normal person, but we all know that fitness competitors are far from “normal”.
Jason evaluated my goals and and sent me a very easy to follow diet and exercise plan. He gave me a list of good, acceptable foods and let me know what I needed to eat when. The best part was how easy it was to follow. I didn’t have to worry about counting calories or grams of protein or anything like that. Every week I turned in my diary and Jason let me know what I needed to change. It’s a lot harder to cheat on your diet when you know you’re going to be caught.
Now that my competition is done and over with I have a greater knowledge of my body, training and nutrition. I have Jason to thank for that. Even now that I consider myself seasoned I rely on Jason’s plan as my base top get me back on track during my off season.

“The 8 week training I received was incredible! Through the program I received a meal program that taught me healthy eating habits to gain weight the right way. My starting weight was 147 lbs. and by the end of the 8 weeks I weighed 160 lbs. Because I learned how to train with proper form, I saw an increase in my bench weight from 175 lbs to 225 lbs. Of course, the changes in my physical appearance were really impressive, and that boosted my confidence enormously. I really learned about working out safely and how to make my overall lifestyle more healthy — better nutrition and vitamins, proper rest, etc. Jason provided me with motivation to stay in shape, and a program I have successfully continued with on my own, both comfortably and effectively, until each time I’m ready to see him again and move up to the next level!
Jason really customized the program to me. I had worked out with other people who just gave me the same blah-blah they give everyone else, and then stood there during the workout, bored, just counting reps. Jason worked with me to design a workout that would not only NOT aggravate old injuries (bad back, chronic knee and ankle problems, etc.), but in fact has helped reduce the symptoms of the past injuries (one of which was even caused by another, “Brand-X” trainer — beware of all those guys out there who don’t know what they’re doing!). Jason maintains high energy and motivational talk during the workout, so when I exercise on my own I can picture what Jason would say to me, and that keeps me going.
Jason also makes very sure that I know EXACTLY how the exercise is done properly, so I can do it right and get the maximum benefit from each rep. I’ve never had next-day achiness or soreness in training with Jason, even though the workouts are tough enough to make me sweat a TON each session!
Jason gave me the exercises I need to make my body look the way I want it to look, and very quickly. I went from a size 11 to a size 5 in about 4 months, with a loss of 20 pounds of fat (including getting rid of some really ugly “saddlebags” on my thighs) and a gain of a lot of hot-looking muscle!
Then, a year later, when I had had a little too much food fun in the form of holiday eating, Jason got me back to those size 5s in just over one month — WOW!
And, when the going gets rough, Jason makes me laugh, which keeps me committed to working out — who knew that a killer exercise routine could not only get the job done, but also be FUN?!

Jason is a brilliant trainer; he not only helped me with weight loss, which I thought was the only thing I needed to work on, but the finer points of “physique management” like keeping the muscles toned and tight, shaping the body effectively with weights without bulking me up and his dietary knowledge is far greater than anyone I have ever met before. *
After gaining almost 50 pounds while pregnant with my son, I didn’t think I would ever see a size 6 again. I worked out occasionally, but didn’t really have a program to follow or know where to begin to lose the weight. About the time I really decided to do something about my appearance, someone told my husband about Jason’s program and he began doing it. These past few weeks off from training with you have been a pain because I’ve actually missed working out. When I first started working out with Jason he helped me recover from the oversized body I had created during an extremely enjoyable trip to Italy. Following his instructions (diet especially), I quickly dropped weight from the trip (6 pounds the first week!) . But I soon learned that I had also returned from Italy with another souvenir- I was pregnant! I continued to work out with Jason during the first 6 months of my pregnancy, which helped me get stronger for labor (which I did naturally) and also retain some sense of myself while I endured the astonishing enlargement of my body. At six weeks post partum, I returned to work out with Jason, weighing at this time about 15 pounds over my best shape body weight, and my body was very mushy. In the months that followed Jason helped me be on a healthy, breast-feeding friendly diet, that enabled me to take off the weight and get in shape. The work outs themselves built my strength which I appreciated much more as I had to carry around a baby and do a lot of stuff while holding her with one arm. Thanks to Jason, and my hard work, at 4 months post partum I was very comfortable in a bikini and feeling great!
If you’re looking to get into great shape and fast Jason is the personal trainer to see. I have always been active, but had never used a trainer. Recently I underwent foot surgery and was confined to bed rest for nearly a month. When I was able to walk, my range of motion was very limited and I realized that I had gained some weight from being sedentary.
I found Jason while surfing the web and decided to book an appointment. Jason was very careful to work around and with my limitations (foot). I was very impressed with his conscientiousness towards my safety. Over the next 6 weeks he kept me motivated and his discipline regarding diet actually rubbed off. This in itself is a small feat as I had many social functions including my wedding and I still managed to stick to Jason’s diet plan. He really stays on top of how you’re doing and does his best to help you succeed with your goals.
