PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES – gym based an in home

STARTER PROGRAM : In person meeting, custom designed exercise and nutritional program. Ideal for just getting yourself started.

  • 2 WEEK JUMP START : (6 sessions) three days per week.
  • 4 WEEK SERIES : (12 sessions) three days per week.
  • 6 WEEK SERIES : (18 sessions) three days per week.
  • 8 WEEK SERIES : (24 sessions) three days per week.
  • 12 WEEK SERIES : (36 sessions) three days per week.
  • 16 WEEK SERIES: (48 sessions) three days per week.
  • ACCELERATED SERIES: 4-6 sessions per week.

Note: 3 days per not required, just recommended.  3 days per week is sufficient for fat loss. For ultra rapid results or bodybuilding and muscle building 4-6 days per week is ideal.

We offer discounts for active military, police, firefighters, and public school teachers.

Why You Need a Corporate Fitness Program

First, healthy employees don’t need to see a doctor. This may seem completely obvious, but that translates into lower health insurance costs for your business. I live in Chicago so I used Jason's online personal training. It was a great experience especially for the price. He would monitor my workouts each week and let me know if I should be able to go heavier on an exercise based on everything else I was doing. He'd also review my recorded diet and tell me where to tweak things. He was also good about reminding me to update my weight and progress pics, and he'd adjust the workouts or diet based on that. He was honest about how much weight/muscle I should expect to gain and didn't try to make huge promises just to get business.

I have wanted to work out and get into the habit of going to the gym for a long time now. I found Jason on google and he connected me with Jerry. Jerry trains me and I work with Jason on my diet to make sure I am exercising and getting all the foods/supplements I need for my body. It's the best thing I've done!!!!!! Now I know how to properly use the equipment and I will be able to go to the gym on my own. My body has been changing slowly. I lost a little weight, but my body is just turning the fat into muscle at this point. Which is completely fine. My weight is not a problem for me, but my muscle composition is so much better now. My waist is thinner and my arms are more toned. I used to be uncomfortable wearing sleeveless clothing and now I am able to dress as I like without feeling insecure.
